GoldlinQ

What’s your organisation doing to improve diversity, equity and inclusion? IAQ wants to know.

We are looking for IAQ-member organisations to share the meaningful work they are doing across inclusion, equity, accessibility, and cultural safety. As part of formalising our commitment to DEI and awareness for the sector, our DEI Expert Advisory Group is leading on building a library of member case studies. Read on to learn more about why you should get involved and how.

What we’re looking for

We’re inviting IAQ member organisations to share a DEI program, initiative or approach that has made a difference in your workplace. For these case studies to achieve awareness and provide ideas for others, we’re interested in learning what you tried, what worked, what you’d do differently, and what you’d tell a peer wanting to achieve results in their own organisation.

Case studies can cover any aspect of DEI, including but not limited to:

  • Accessibility and disability inclusion
  • First Nations employment and cultural safety
  • Gender equity and inclusive workplaces
  • Flexible and family-friendly work practices
  • Addressing domestic and family violence in the workplace/for employees
  • Inclusive recruitment and retention
  • Psychological safety and belonging
  • Supplier and procurement diversity

How case studies will be used

Case studies will be published on the IAQ website, shared through member communications and on our LinkedIn channels. They may also inform panel discussions, member events, and IAQ’s DEI advocacy work. All case studies will be published with your permission.

How to get involved

There are two ways to participate:
